Returns Policy
Thank you for taking the time to read through our returns policy. While most businesses only offer a 14 day returns policy we offer our customers up for 30 days to contact us if they have any issues with any item purchased with us. Any item purchased is eligible to be returned within the 30 day of purchase and as long as the item hasn't been adapted or changed within the 30 time period, we are able to offer refunds.
Returns and refund
If one of our customers has an issue or a change of heart with one of our products we are happy to help as much as we can. In order to offer a refund of the item we are required to have the item or items returned back to the premises before any refund can be made. The items must be brought back within the 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Returns reciepts
All of our customers are offered to receive a receipt with there purchase and if you are able to provide your receipt with the return of the item it would be greatly appreciated.
